Food is my enemy. It always has been. I’ve come a long way in trying to understand where the problem stems from but even though there are thousands of books out there with lite calorie recipes and books on working out, none of them address how to find the will power to put down that delicious chocolate chip cookie and replace it with a strawberry or carrot. For that matter they don’t tell you how to be happy with that exchange. I’ve struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember and still do. I’m a private person and this whole blogging thing is foreign to me but maybe my random chatter might help someone. I don’t have the answers but maybe along the way I will find them and not only help myself but also help others.
